To register and use the de333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. de333 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another individual or allowing others to use your de333 account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of de333 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close associate of de333 or any of its affiliated companies, or a family member of such a person, without prior written consent from de333 management.

de333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits on the de333 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. de333 does not accept deposits via international credit cards or cryptocurrency.
• A minimum deposit amount applies. The current minimum deposit threshold is displayed on the de333 cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating source.
• de333 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges as per their standard rates. de333 is not responsible for any third-party payment provider charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

de333 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified de333 accounts. Large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your de333 account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and confirmation that your registered payment method is in your name.
• de333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required.

Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds that have cleared all applicable rollover conditions are eligible for withdrawal. de333 will clearly display the wagering status of your bonus balance in your account dashboard.

5.1 Certified Fair Play

All games available on the de333 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including bet size, account history or player identity. de333 operates only with games supplied by reputable software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe, all of which use independently audited RNG systems.

5.2 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, de333 will use the game server log to determine the outcome of the round in question. Where a round cannot be determined from the server log, de333 may void the round and return the stake to the player's account. de333 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets on de333 are governed by the specific event rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result amendment by the governing body, de333 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Where a match is abandoned before a minimum play period has been completed (as defined by the applicable sport rules), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. de333 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time where integrity concerns arise.
